Memorial Day is more than just a long weekend—it's the unofficial start of summer. These five drinks are easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and guaranteed to get the summer started.

1. Watermelon Mojito

Muddle watermelon with mint leaves and a splash of lime juice. Add white rum and top with club soda. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig or watermelon wedge.

2. Strawberry Basil Margarita

Muddle ripe strawberries and a few basil leaves, then shake with tequila, lime juice, and a splash of triple sec. Serve over ice with a salted rim and a basil sprig.

3. Spiked Arnold Palmer

Mix desired amounts of sweet tea vodka and lemonade for a smooth Southern-inspired drink. Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.

4. Blueberry Gin Fizz

Muddle fresh blueberries with lemon juice, then shake with gin and a splash of simple syrup. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with extra berries and a sprig of thyme.

5. Frozen Piña Colada

Blend coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, and plenty of ice until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass and top with a maraschino cherry or pineapple slice.
