Recent studies show that American alcohol consumption has sky-rocketed in the past year.  And who could blame us?! But if you’d like to try and decrease your alcohol intake, here are a few simple mocktail recipes that can still fit the bill.


Moscow Mule Mocktail

2 Tbsp lime juice

1Tbsp simple syrup

¼ cup club soda

¾ cup ginger beer, non-alcoholic

3-4 mint leaves



Margarita Mocktail


½ cup limeade

¼ cup lemon sparkling water

¼ cup lime sparkling water

¼ cup oj

Salt and lime to garnish


Berry Mojito


6-8 mint leaves (muddled)

2 oz. lime juice

2 oz. simple syrup

Club soda

Berries of your choice




Mock Champagne

1 part ginger ale

1 part pineapple juice

1 part white grape juice

Berries to garnish
