Wedding season is upon us so we were eager to see which beaches are are at the top of brides' lists around the world!
In first place is Cannons Beach in Oregon, USA, with a total of 479,252 hashtags on Instagram. Burrowed between the Coast Range and the Pacific Ocean, the couple-to-be and their guests will experience breath-taking views and crashing waves mid-union.
Following in second place is another USA favorite, Rosemary Beach in Florida. Boasting an impressive 260,078 hashtags, this destination has been favored by celebrities too including Deana Carter and Jim McPhail.
Completing the top ten is Villa del Balbianello, nestled in Lenno (Italy) totalling 33,674 hashtags. This destination has been used in several movies including Casino Royale and Star wars, not to mention as the wedding location for the likes of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
Countries with the most popular beach wedding destinations
Of the destinations analyzed, Ireland is the country home to the most Instagrammable beach wedding destinations – 12 out of 97 spots analyzed specifically. These include Arcadia in Antrim (3,297 hashtags) and Rathmullan House in Ulster (1,924 hashtags).
The UK follows in second place with 11 Insta-worthy destinations making the list. Lusty Glaze beach in Newquay (30,311 hashtags) and Tunnel Beaches in Devon (6,453) are amongst the favorites. The USA takes third place with 10 places making the list.
