Linly Heflin 62nd Scholarship Fashion Show
The 62nd Linly Heflin Scholarship Fashion Show was a fabulous evening at The Club with a cocktail supper in the State Rooms and The View, followed by the latest fashions on the Runway by designer Zang Toi and Gus Mayer in the Grand Ballroom.
Linly Heflin’s mission is best exemplified by its motto: “Educate a Woman and you Educate a Family. The Linly Heflin Unit awarded its first two scholarships in 1923 and has since awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships totaling over $6 Million Dollars to Alabama women attending Alabama Colleges and Universities. We were excited to be able to award 93 Scholars over $800,000 for the 2021-2022 Academic year. Each year, the Fashion Show celebrates Linly Heflin’s mission and we are excited to be back on the runway this year to help the organization award more scholarships to deserving Alabama women.
