If you haven't heard yet, you're soon-to-be favorite pit stop is opening in Leeds, Alabama with a ribbon-cutting ceremony January 25, 2021 at 11 a.m CST! The celebration will be attended by local leaders including Mayor David Miller, Lee Barnes, Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors member Johnny Brunson, Scott Barnes, City Zoning Administrator Brad Watson and City Clerk Toushi Arbitelle.
Right now, the the closest Buc-ee's is the Robertsdale location headed toward the beach. This location in Leeds will look almost identical but be closer to home and more convenient for travelers being just east of Birmingham and on the way to Atlanta.
This new store is MASSIVE! It will be more than 50,000 sq. feet with over 100 pumps and over 200 employees! It is located at 6900 Buc-ee's Boulevard and will bring the total number of Alabama Buc-ee's to two. In the future, there is a push for more locations all over the U.S.
