Chopt Creative Salad Company, a farm-to-fast-casual restaurant chain based in New York City, has arrived in Birmingham! With roots in reinventing the classic salad in 2001, the salad specialists at Chopt are opening their doors in Birmingham on Wednesday, February 24th at 10:30 a.m. Chopt will offer a variety of ways to order its creative salads, wraps and warm bowls at The Summit. This will include curbside pickup, ordering ahead via app or website, and contactless in-store ordering.

With a focus on mindful sourcing, Chopt combines local seasonal ingredients with authentic flavors from around the world to invent unbelievably craveable salads, bowls, and artisan salad dressings. The restaurant is constantly searching for inspiration to bring to its creative offerings. In addition to its classic and build-your-own salad options, Chopt creates limited-time, seasonal menus inspired by locations near and far.

In celebration of its opening, Chopt is collaborating with local partner, The Exceptional Foundation for Chopt Gives on Tuesday, February 23rd from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To participate, you'll need to order ahead for pickup on the app or choptsalad.com. 100% of proceeds will benefit The Exceptional Foundation, which provides adults and children with special needs the social and recreational activities they require to promote healthy living, support social relationships, improve life skills, and foster community involvement. To encourage digital sales, Chopt managers will be outside assisting in-person customers with app sign-ups. Chopt Gives donations will only be applicable on orders placed via the Chopt App or choptsalad.com.
